At Dr Trust, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
